Coupling is dry, one-disk, with a diaphragm press spring and a hydraulic actuator.

Check

It is recommended to execute the following preliminary checks which allow to define a condition of coupling and wear of its details.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check liquid level, if necessary restore (if the tank is empty, then add liquid and pump over a hydraulic actuator). Define the leak reason.
2. For check of pro-slipping of coupling press a pedal idling of the engine and several seconds later turn on the reverse gear. The gnash will indicate the increased wear of press or frictional disks.
3. Check completeness of switching off of coupling. For this purpose on the working engine press a coupling pedal so that the pedal did not reach a floor on 6 mm. Several times switch from the 1st transfer to back. The complicated switching indicates wear of details. Check the course of a rod of the working cylinder at completely pressed pedal. For this purpose insert a metal strip into a special crack and press to a rod.
4. Ask the assistant to press a pedal and to release, – the strip at the same time will leave scratch which length is equal to the rod course. The course of a rod has to be equal to 20 mm. If the course is small, then air hit, dribble of consolidations of the cylinder, or jamming of a clutch plate on primary to a check point shaft can be the cause.
5. Check a condition of the plug of an axis of a pedal, be convinced that the pedal freely moves.
